What it does
Noise
White is even and bright. Pink is softer than white. Brown is lower and deeper. Hum is a low, steady rumble.
Air
Fan is slow, muffled air. Wind is soft moving air.
Water
Rain is a steady, soft rainfall. Shore is a slow wash of water. Brook is gentle running water.
Tone
Bowl is a slow, quiet tone you can set under the other layers.
How mixing works
Open Add sound and pick a layer. Each layer has its own slider. Master volume sits above the layers. Play, pause, and stop are on the main screen. Playback can keep going with the screen off, and a playback notification can stay available.
